2- Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the distance sales between the Seller and any individual acting for non-professional purposes (the “Client”), concerning:

private dance lessons (at a fixed date and time);
gift vouchers;
dance trips (stages, workshops, retreats at fixed dates).

Any order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3- Prices and invoicing

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise specified. The applicable price is that displayed at the time of order confirmation. After the order is validated, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the Client. An invoice may be issued and sent on request.

4- Orders and payment

An order becomes binding once payment is validated (by credit card via Stripe or any other payment method offered). The Client guarantees they have the necessary authorisations to use the chosen payment method.

5- Tango holidays (booking, deposit, cancellation, withdrawal)

Booking and deposit
A booking for a trip is confirmed once the deposit has been paid. The deposit is binding for both parties.

Deposit
The amount of the deposit is specified on the page describing each trip. In case of cancellation by the Client, the deposit remains with the Seller. In case of cancellation by the Seller (other than force majeure), the deposit will be refunded. A postponement may also be proposed.

Balance
The payment terms and deadlines for the balance are specified on the trip description page (and confirmed at the time of order).

Right of withdrawal
Under French law (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code), trips scheduled on fixed dates fall under the legal exception for leisure services provided on a specific date or period. Therefore, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.

6- Delays, impossibility of performance, force majeure

The Seller cannot be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to force majeure (an unforeseeable, irresistible, external event) or an external cause (network outages, third-party platforms). In such cases, rescheduling and/or pro-rata refund may be offered.

7- Liability – Insurance

The Client is responsible for checking with their doctor that they are medically fit to practise tango and the activities offered. The Seller cannot be held liable for any accident or health issue linked to a pre-existing condition or absence of medical precaution.

For trips, the Client is required to take out personal insurance covering, at minimum, health, accident and cancellation risks. Proof of insurance will be required before the start of the trip.

8- Privacy Policy

Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website. The Client can modify their cookie preferences via the “Manage cookies” link.

9– Intellectual property

The content of the site (lessons, materials, videos, texts, images) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is prohibited. Any recording of a lesson without prior agreement is forbidden.

10- Complaints – Consumer mediation

In case of a dispute, the Client must first submit a written complaint to the Seller.

In accordance with French law (Article L612-1 of the Consumer Code), in the absence of an amicable solution within 60 days, the consumer Client may refer the matter free of charge to the competent consumer mediator:

11- Governing law – Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction, without depriving the consumer of the mandatory protective rules of their country of residence.

11- Amendments

The Seller may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version applicable is that in force at the time of order confirmation.
